Terms & Conditions — bdaji Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bdaji. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using bdaji, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.Acceptance of Terms

3.Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on bdaji. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If bdaji identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts except the first registered account may be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

bdaji may require account verification (KYC) at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if any suspicious activity is detected on the account. Verification may include, but is not limited to, confirmation of identity documents, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by bdaji may result in account suspension.

You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control at the time of registration. This number will be used for account verification and communication purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdaji account password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your bdaji account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify bdaji's support team immediately via the contact email provided. bdaji is not responsible for losses that occur as a result of unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

bdaji reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, including accounts used for prohibited activities, duplicate registrations, or identity fraud. In such cases, any funds in the account may be forfeited.

KYC and identity verification: bdaji may request government-issued ID, proof of residential address, and confirmation of payment method ownership as part of the verification process. Documents submitted for KYC are processed securely and handled in accordance with bdaji's Privacy Policy.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

bdaji supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed on the platform's deposit and withdrawal pages.

All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in the name of the bdaji account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, bdaji reserves the right to reverse the deposit, void any associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount at bdaji is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by bdaji, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may impose their own transaction limits, which are outside bdaji's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bdaji account. bdaji will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

bdaji aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, on public holidays including Eid and Victory Day, or if the withdrawal triggers a KYC review.

bdaji reserves the right to place a hold on a withdrawal request if the account has not completed KYC verification, if the account shows signs of unusual or suspicious activity, or if the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending bonuses are considered.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the rollover condition is met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

bdaji may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

bdaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only. Any player found to be abusing a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or exploiting technical errors — will have the bonus voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process.

Wagering requirement reminder: Always check the specific rollover multiple before claiming a bonus. A wagering requirement of, for example, 20x on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are always stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdaji and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to coordinated play in poker, live casino games, or sports betting markets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.

Arbitrage betting — placing bets on all outcomes of an event across multiple platforms or accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of the result. bdaji monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where arbitrage behaviour is identified.

Use of any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with bdaji, including but not limited to auto-betting tools, odds scrapers, or any tool designed to give an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.

Money laundering or any attempt to use bdaji for the conversion, concealment, or transfer of funds obtained through illegal means. bdaji complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions as required.

Providing false personal information during registration or verification, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or the ownership of a payment method used to deposit or withdraw funds.

Consequences of prohibited conduct: bdaji takes fair play seriously. Any account found to be in breach of these prohibited conduct rules will be suspended immediately without prior notice. All funds in such accounts — including deposits, bonuses, and winnings — may be forfeited. bdaji reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

7.Responsible Gaming

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdaji and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bdaji platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

bdaji does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond bdaji's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. bdaji will make reasonable efforts to restore full service as quickly as practicable.

Maximum liability: In all cases where bdaji is found to be liable to you, the maximum aggregate liability of bdaji shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdaji account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.Privacy and Data Protection

bdaji collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the platform, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.
